Today all companies act in a changing world, thus being alert and willing to adapt to change as an organization is important. At the same time, it is important to be down-to-earth and to have a solid foundation of values, strategies, and a culture that is strongly rooted in the organization.
Stretch is a workplace with both feet on the ground and our participation in GPTW is a way to measure how our organization is doing. As such, this nomination is a great step to ensuring that Stretch stays grounded in its core values. Participation in GPTW is also a way for us to sharpen our skills and remember the importance of not settling for less than the very best when building a workplace in the forefront of great organizations.
Stretch is what our awesome employees deliver, which also creates a great environment for leadership. Together, we developed and will continue to develop Stretch.
